I’m Lee, some people call me Spesh.
I’m a conceptual Creative Director with 20 years industry experience, leading global campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands: Nike, Microsoft, Crocs, Armani, Swatch, G-SHOCK, Carolina Herrera, Cartoon Network to name a few.
I didn’t come up through design schools or degrees, I came up through doing. Figuring it out, learning, and getting better. That journey has shaped how I lead and how I create: with honesty and intuition.
My approach is all about clarity, collaboration, and making work that actually connects. I believe in being hands-on and showing up - for the team, the client, and the idea. It’s not about talking the loudest, it’s about doing the work, doing it well, and doing it together.
I don’t overcomplicate. I don’t overpromise. I just care deeply about getting it right and making the process a good one along the way.
No qualifications. Just two decades of doing the work, pushing the boundaries, and proving that creativity, when fueled by passion and purpose, can take you anywhere.
